All orders ship within 7 days (unless otherwise noted in product description) via USPS Ground.

Please note: Insurance is not added to your order with Free USPS Ground, should you want your piece insured for the full purchase price, please choose USPS Ground with insurance, or Priority Mail with Insurance.

Returns

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you'd like to return your unworn jewelry, please contact us for return authorization within 7 days of receiving your order. 

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and original packaging.  The customer assumes the costs associated with return shipment and any damage resulting in return shipment.  All returns must be fully insured and tracking must be provided.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned jewelry arrives and is completely inspected and approved, if denied you will receive an email explaining our position.

Approved refunds will be made in the original form of payment for the cost of item, any sales tax incurred, and less shipping costs and processing fees when applicable.
